Meet the new addition to the family. As you might expect the sonar mouse deterrant was bloody useless so lets hope Leonard likes catching mice.
He would have been off to the SPA today so lets hope he likes his new home and settles in. Signs so far are good - he purrs whenever you touch him, uses his litter tray and hisses half heartedly at Tess, but only if she gets too close. Lets hope they form a bond soon. Yay!!
Don't know about mice, but he has a proprietorial air to that sofa!
ReplyDeleteUmmmm, should I be worried?!!!
ReplyDeleteHe looks very cute, I hope he does the required job for you. Interesting that the sonar mouse deterrant was useless. I am glad you discovered before I had need to try it! My father-in-law's name is Leonard!! Diane
ReplyDeleteHe is cute Diane, he was named Leonard by the lady whos cat had him. She had taken her cat to the vet to get it sterilised and the vet said she was too young. Not too young to have kittens though!!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the mouse catching! Steve took some plaster off one of the old walls in the village house yesterday and discovered a mouse nest behind it, but an old we hope/think. Thing was that it's halfway up the wall!
ReplyDeleteTess just this minute caught one in the hall - comes to something when your dog is the best mouse catcher in a house with two cats!! good luck with your renovation - I look forward to seeing the photos!
